Fida in Paris - Poster Exhibition

Thank you for submitting work into the Fida in Paris Poster Prize, which is part of the Battle of Versailles Experience, in partnership with Ungaro, Istituto Marangoni Paris, With Love Halston, The Nando and Elsa Peretti Foundation, Rigaud Paris and Fida. 

Fida has a number of promotional opportunities available to showcase the Fida in Paris Poster project and would like to invite you to take part. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your posters, in a variety of spaces, including a live event, a virtual exhibition, an E-book and the opportunity to promote your posters in the Fible 4.

There is a limited number of spaces available for these opportunities, so places are provided on a first come, first served basis.

These are the 4 options, if you would like to participate:

Live Exhibition in Paris - £250 for 1 image (£100 for each additional image when purchased as part of a package)

Fida will print and showcase a promotional A3 print of your poster, during the Golden Anniversary Celebration of the Battle of Versaille, hosted at Istituto Marangoni, Paris, on 27th-29th of September 2023. There will be private events on the 27th and 29th of September with industry and press. An evening reception will take place on the 28th of September 2023, from 6:30pm - 9pm, where artists are welcome to attend. You will receive a photograph of your poster in situ, for your records and for promotional purposes.

Virtual ‘Fida in Paris’ Exhibition - £100 for 1 image (£40 for each additional image when purchased as part of a package)

Exhibit your poster in a ‘Fida in Paris’ online exhibition, for 1 month. Your contact details will be provided, so commissioners and buyers can contact you directly. Fida will not take commission from any sales made. 

Poster presented in ‘Fida in Paris’ E-book - £70 for 1 image (£25 for each additional image when purchased as part of a package)

Promote your work in an e-book showcasing the ‘Fida in Paris’ posters, which will be shared with our database of commissioners, art-lovers, art-buyers and our social media audience of over 30K. You will receive a digital copy of the e-book.

Promote your poster in the Fible 4 - £175 for 1 image (£125 for each additional image when purchased as part of a package)

Have your poster featured in the Fible 4, (our annual Fashion Illustration Book, showcasing the best in the industry). Get a ¼ page promo alongside the winning artists, plus a digital copy of the Fible 4.

After the exhibition, you can collect your prints from the live exhibition in Paris between 12noon - 2pm on 29th of September 2023 from the reception of L’institut Marangoni, Paris. After this time, they will be transported to London, so if you would like them to be sent by Fida, you will need to contact us to organise this and to pay for delivery.
