She has over 30 years of work experience in the creative industry, starting as a graphic designer and progressing to various leadership and management roles in recruitment agencies.
Her have a passion for finding and nurturing creative talent, and has partnered with some of the most renowned and innovative companies and agencies in the UK and beyond. Paula has a strong track record of delivering successful placements, building long-term relationships, and growing the business. Paula also developed and shared her expertise in mentoring, communication, and branding, through multiple skills and credentials.
