1/2 page - You will receive a DIGITAL COPY of the book

Single page - You will receive a HARD COPY of the book

Double page - You will receive a HARD COPY of the book

Four pages - You will receive a HARD COPY of the book 

Listing - You will not receive a copy of the book.

When purchasing a listing:

A listing will include your chosen contact details (no image). You will not receive a copy of the book.
