The Four Cities Project

FIDA will be documenting The Four Cities: London, Paris, Milan and New York reviewing Fashion Week shows virtually, offering the opportunity to draw the catwalk shows and then share your work LIVE via Zoom gaining feedback from the Fida Team, education and Fida members. (Zoom Links will be provided after purchase.)

Date and time of zoom talk to review all four cities:

07.10.2024 7pm BST 

If you cannot make the live review, we can send you a link of the recording so you can hear the review of your work, at your own leisure. 

Who should attend:

• Professional and Amateur artists/illustrators
• Open to all creatives, the zoom session is the perfect opportunity to get feedback for your drawings and show your work. 
• Anyone wanting to gain experience of drawing shows, for future live work opportunities.

What are you expected to do:

• Cover any of the fashion shows in the 4 cities (London, Paris, Milan and New York) or all of them, and send your work by email.
• You can create video animations/reels/shorts to share during the feedback session.
• Show Sketchbook work and drawings

• there will be a Zoom talk, covering all four cities: London, Paris, Milan and New York - where the shows are discussed and the work is reviewed.
• Date/time for Zoom talk: 7th October 2024 7PM BST.
• Discuss your thoughts of the shows and why you selected the designer.

The best work will be featured in our Fashion Week magazine and selected pieces may be featured in The Fible Five, our annual fashion art and illustration printed industry book.

The perfect project for those artists wanting to gain experience of working to a brief and create industry-ready images for their portfolio, showcasing a broad range of fashion illustration/art skills.
